Noblin & Associates is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in building envelope technology and the repair and restoration of buildings and other existing structures.  The services we provide include property inspections and condition surveys, forensic investigation of leaks and other construction defects, construction design and specification preparation, project administration and contractor oversight, and litigation support. 

Noblin & Associates was founded in 1991 by Registered Professional Engineer, Ralph Noblin.  The company has two office locations which serve Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, as well as greater New England.
