In 2010, the Glass Factory Condominium in Cambridge, MA, hired Noblin & Associates to evaluate the building envelope and make repair recommendations to resolve several dozen leaks in the building.  Through close visual inspections and watertesting, a number of common deficiencies were identified that needed to be addressed.

Noblin & Associates worked with the Board of Trustees to develop a specification package to completely restore the outside of the building.  The scope of work included repairing and recoating the deteriorated concrete wall areas, repointing and sealing the brick masonry wall sections, and replacing all of the exterior caulking.  The rear façade of the building was completed in 2010, and the two ends of the building were completed in 2011.  The front façade of the building is scheduled for 2012.

The contractor for the project was CCI Building Restoration & Waterproofing of North Hampton, NH.
