Hampton Place Condominium, Boston, MA
In 2004-2005, Noblin & Associates designed and oversaw the replacement of the flat roof systems at Hampton Place Condominium located in Chestnut Hill, MA. This project included the installation of new fully adhered PVC membrane roofs on all three buildings, as well as the installation of a new operable Kalwall roof system above the Clubhouse swimming pool. The Contractor for the roof project was Delta Roofing of Billerica, MA.
Following the roofing project, Noblin & Associates was hired by the Association to investigate numerous leaks at the property and make recommendations for repairs. Due to widespread flashing failures and other construction defects discovered during the investigation work, it was determined that the best way to resolve the ongoing water infiltration problems at the property would be to completely remove and rebuild the exterior brick masonry veneer with new, properly installed flashing and waterproofing systems. In 2010, Noblin & Associates oversaw the replacement roughly 45% of the exterior brick masonry veneer at the property, and the remainder of the project was completed in 2011.
The Contractor for the exterior façade replacement was Resource Corporation of Easton, MA.
