Back of the Hill Condominium – Window Replacement

Back of the Hill Condominium, Boston, MA

In 2008-2009, Noblin & Associates designed and oversaw the replacement of over 2,000 windows at Back of the Hill Condominium in Boston, MA.  The project included replacing the exterior clapboard siding at the rear elevations of the buildings with new vinyl siding, and removing and replacing all of the old wood windows with new custom vinyl windows. The project resulted in increased property values and aesthetics, and it significantly reduced future maintenance costs for the Association. The new windows were well received by the residents both for their improved energy efficiency and sound reducing qualities. The Contractor was Schernecker Property Services of Waltham, MA.

Noblin & Associates is currently working on specification and design documents to replace the flat roof systems at the property in 2011.
